College of Marin Faculty and Staff Project – (No longer active)

This project is proposing a three-story, 20-unit, multi-family affordable housing project. The units would consist of 11, one-bedroom units, and nine, two-bedroom units that would provide housing for College of Marin faculty and staff. Submitted plans are here. Currently, there are no plans to move this project forward as there is not available funding for it. More information here.
