This is an AB 2011 project. The project is five-stories,, with a height of 68-feet. It includes a mix of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Seventy-three (73) of the units would be affordable to low-income households and eight (8) would be affordable to very low-income households, based on applicable area median incomes (AMI). Additionally, one (1) two-bedroom market-rate manager unit is proposed. The applicant assumes an unlimited density based on proximity to transit.

The project submittal was deemed incomplete Oct 9,. 2024. The applicant resubmitted the application on May 22, 2025.
