7 Mount Lassen Drive

The developer filed an application to build 58 residences in Lucas Valley in November 2024. The plan requires demolishing an existing office building. The project will create 29 single family homes and 29 ADUs attached to each home. Six of the homes will be affordable. This site was included on the Marin County Housing Element.
