31 Wharf Road

This project will provide downtown Bolinas with 8 units of housing. It will be two and three bedroom units. It will be deed restricted, so that only those who qualify with low, very-low, and extremely low income can live there. This project is a product of the efforts from the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT).

160 N San Pedro Road

This project in unincorporated San Rafael submitted an application for 62 three-story residential townhomes. It would develop 14 buildings with 20% of the units affordable for income qualified households. Read more here on the Marin County webpage.

1515 4th Street was originally approved as a mixed-use project with 162 housing units included. However, in July 2024 the project shifted to a complex for seniors.
