This is a Senate Bill 330 project under review (as of December 2024) in San Rafael. It will be a 12 story multi-family development with 189 residential units. It will also include lobbies and shared amenity spaces. 15% of the units will be affordable to very low-income individuals and families. The affordable units will match the market rate units exactly in size and amenities. More information here.
