Fireman’s Fund/ 777 San Marin Drive | MEHC Says YES

This project proposes to redevelop the previous Fireman’s Fund campus. The development would include proposed residential community with varying buildings ranging from one to five stories tall. It would create 1,081 units — including senior housing, multi-family dwellings (apartments and townhomes), and single-family homes. Additionally, it would have a pedestrian connection to the San Marin SMART station. Novato has rezoned the land and approved the master plan.
