Legacy at Lucas Valley

This project was originally called Lucas Valley Talus LLC. The current project consists of 28 units of housing, with 6 affordable units included. This is a part of the Oakview Master Plan, which has been worked on since the 80’s. Originally, this was a request for a subdivision for over 100 single family homes. Seventy acres of the land was donated as open space for a community organization, and another 8-9 acres was donated for a highway interchange. There is also a senior facility in the master plan, The Oaks Senior Living Community, which has gone through entitlement and should start construction soon.
