This project is no longer active.

This project would divide the “wall property” into 10 sites, to create 10 single-family residences. The developer submitted a builder’s remedy application and the Town requested a $50,000 application fee. The parcel went into foreclosure and so now the city is negotiating to buy this land as open space.
